Jenner-Wright Giemsa Stain Kit is a stain technique used to permit differentiation of cells present in bone marrow tissue sections cut at 2-3 µm on the Artisan Link and Artisan Link Pro Staining Systems. Polychromatic stains are used as routine nuclear and cytoplasmic stains for bone marrow biopsy sections because of the color range of the cytoplasmic staining and the differentiation of hematopoietic cells achieved. Nuclei: blue, eosinophils: bright pink, leucocytes: shades of pink, gray, or blue depending on cell type and development. This stain is not recommended for bone marrow smears.
