TRICHIT (Trichit)

The TF TRICHIT™ device is a collection system for Tritrichomonas foetus from bovine preputial samples. The TRICHIT™ device is time-efficient and increases specimen collection volume while reducing blood contamination. The device contributes to the use of Biomed’s proprietary Gold-Standard TF medium; a selective media for the transport and growth of T. foetus, simultaneously inhibiting the growth of other organisms which can interfere with a reliable diagnosis.
