The CSA II kit contains a blocking solution for endogenous peroxidase, protein block for reduction of background staining, and chromogenic substrate for peroxidase (DAB). The reagents of the kit are for 150 tests. The number of tests is based on the use of 100 µL of reagent per slide. The kit is provided with detailed instructions.
